International Court of Arbitration eyes Hong Kong presence
The International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Secretariat of the ICC Court will locate their new offices in Hong Kong and Singapore.
A branch of the Secretariat of the Court with a case management team to administer cases in the region under the ICC Rules of Arbitration will be opened in Hong Kong. A liaison office dedicated to ICC Dispute Resolution Services will be opened in Singapore.
The ICC International Court of Arbitration is one of the leading bodies in the resolution of cross-border business disputes, and the ICC Rules of Arbitration are widely referred to in business contracts.
